Dalian International Tourism Resort is a tourism development project invested by Dalian Oceanwide Construction Investment Co., Ltd. in Northeast China. It is located along the southern coast of Mozhu Street, Lvshun Old District, Dalian City and on the east of Lvshun Naval Port, adjoining Golden Mount Bathing Place on the west, Dongjiguan Mount on the east, No. 201 National Highway on the north and the Yellow Sea to the south. It covers a land area of 91.65 hectares, reclaimed from a sea area of 96.03 hectares, a total shoreline length of 8,837 m, and a total floor area of 1,045,100 m².
