On November 23, 2016, the 7th China Real Estate “Guangsha Prize” was awarded in Beijing. Wuhan Oceanwide City Square Phase I stood out and won the prize with comprehensive advantages in terms of design, technology, engineering, management, etc.

Located in the northeast corner of Wuhan CBD with a total construction area of 300,000m2, Oceanwide City Square Phase I is the first large urban complex integrating shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and traffic hubs in Wuhan CBD. Currently, the shopping centers, Sheraton Hotel and office buildings of the project have been successively put into operation.

The biennial appraisal of “Guangsha Prize” is an authoritative award approved by the State Council, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and jointly selected by China Real Estate Association and Center for Housing Industrialization of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, representing the highest honor of China’s comprehensive real estate development industry.
